Absolutely excellent. Got this for my wife because it has nice large compartments that hold a lot of tablets. A few of the tablets my wife takes are quite large. Most other products have much smaller compartments so are no good. Alarm is nice and loud but not irritating because it can be silenced with a single push of the button and does not then repeat. The compartment lids are quite firm to prevent accidental spillage of the contents if the item is dropped but someone frail might have difficulty opening them. My wife can open them OK, she is 68. Perhaps the lids will open more easily as the product wears overtime.
