TabTime Remote Control: Unable to program a button

Check that the original remote control works because if it doesn’t the TabTime remote control won’t be able to copy it.

If the original TV remote control does not work and you’ve followed the instructions then it means that your original TV remote control doesn’t use infrared and therefore is incompatible with the TabTime remote control. Please contact us on www.tabtime.com/contact to arrange a return.
